Welcome to the online exhibition of the Kaagaz Project.
Participants of the project were introduced to South Asian dances, creative movement, visual arts, storytelling and creative writing through online activities with professional artists. Activities were inspired by personal accounts from people affected by the 1947 partition of India and Pakistan. Participants also had the opportunity to try out activities at home with their family. The majority of the participants have never taking part in creative art activities.
To celebrate the project, an online exhibition has been created to display the stories, poems and artwork made by the participants.
Please return the website as new pieces will be added every few days.
